Parties

All Private Parties will include:

* 3 hour event (adults) * 2 hour (children ages 5-12)

*choice of painting (few exceptions)

* choice of 16×20″ or 12×12″ canvas for each participant

 We encourage you to bring decorations, food and any beverages you’d like to tailor your party to your needs.  You will   be responsible for any clean up afterward.

If you would like to bring an ipod or mp3 player with your own music selection just let us know at time of final payment.  We do ask that you respect the rights of others and not bring anything that would be deemed as offensive to anyone.  Especially with children, please keep it clean.

In-Studio Events

Tuesday-Friday Daytime- starting time 1pm

3 hour party-$35/person 15 person minimum

2 hour party (kids)-$25/person 10 person minimum

Monday-Wednesday Evening- start time anytime between 4pm and 7pm

$35/person 15 person minimum

Thursday-Saturday Evening-start time anytime between 4pm-7pm

Saturday Daytime-start time anytime between 10am, 2pm

$35/person 15 person minimum

Off Site Events

 *Within a 15 mile radius of the Happy Our Art studio location no set-up fee

Corporate Events-$50 travel fee, $35/person 15 person minimum

Children’s Parties (ages 5-11)- call for options

*Schools please call for special rate

*A 50% non-refundable deposit will be required at booking.  Final head count and payment will be due 2 weeks prior to event.  If the event needs to be rescheduled, the deposit is transferable as long as you notify us 2 weeks in advance of the scheduled event date.  For accounting purposes the new scheduled date must be in the same calendar year.
